TalentBet

TalentBet is a specialist iGaming and fintech recruitment consultancy, connecting candidates with roles across Malta, the UK, and globally. The site needed to function as a working jobs platform — not just a brochure — with a live directory of roles that candidates could search, filter, and apply to directly.

I built the site during my time as in-house developer at Lunicorn Ventures, the parent company behind TalentBet.

A filterable jobs directory

The jobs page is a CMS-powered directory of live roles, each with its own page generated from a Webflow collection. Finsweet Attributes handles the search and filter functionality — candidates can narrow by location, category, or keyword without a page reload. The same filters are surfaced on the homepage via a custom-coded form embed, so a candidate can start searching before they've even navigated to the jobs page.

Routing applications to the right person

Each job in the CMS is tied to a specific account manager. When a candidate applies, the form submission is routed to that account manager rather than a generic inbox — the connection between the CMS item and the recipient is handled automatically. CV uploads are managed through Uploadcare, keeping file handling out of Webflow's native form limitations. Make handles the automation layer, triggering the right email to the right person when a submission comes in.
